Introducing Our New Sage Support Process

Here at Acumen, we strive to put our clients best interests first and understand that this involves continuing with our high level of support that we can offer to you. We’ve decided that to improve our support process, we are asking all clients to call us with any support issues/questions or to email support directly for assistance.

This not only allows us to ensure the correct person is selected to deal with your issue, but it also allows our support team to focus on the high end support we strive to offer rather than dealing with call filtering and email responses which takes up a lot of their valued time.

We are here to help you with this process. We will assist by firstly creating a support ticket which will then be allocated to the relevant person within our support team. To allow us to do this efficiently, we would like for all clients to provide as much information as possible when you initially call in/email. We will then keep you updated with timescales via email/telephone on the progress of your support ticket until completed. During this time you may also receive a direct call/email from one of our support team at which point they may require to update you or generate more information to help them resolve the issue further.
